Here comes a song of one of my favorite bands… the Eagles. “Heartache Tonight“ is a song written by Don Henley, Glenn Frey, Bob Seger and J. D. Southern and the track was included on their album „The Long Run“ and released as a single in 1979. It reached No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 in November of that year and was certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America representing one million copies sold. The recording also received a 1979 Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal.

Southern und 1979 auf ihrem Album „The Long Run“ veröffentlicht. Eine Single erschien später im Jahr. Der Song wurde in den USA ein Nummer-1-Hit und wurde mit Platinium ausgezeichnet für mehr als 1 Million verkaufter Kopien. Die Aufnahme bekam 1979 ebenso einen Grammy Award für die beste Gesangs-performance einer Rock Band. Viel Spaß beim Spielen….
